My Life Map

Kayde Thompson, the director of Broken But Not Destroyed cultivated the unique My Life Map program, which is structured to the individual based on their personal issues.

A life map is formalized by identifying and pursuing their goals for their lives. The program assists with finding low income housing, jobs through Hempstead Works, and receiving mental health care at Peninsula Counselor session and FEGS.

This program sets up a plan of action for them to transition back into society by gaining back their independence and boosting their self-confidence.
